About the Delaware Family Planning Program
Welcome to the Delaware Family Planning Program, a program of the Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Public Health (DPH). Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all Delawareans by providing comprehensive family planning and reproductive health services. We are committed to improving the health of individuals across Delaware, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, has access to essential health services.

Available when needed to prevent unintended pregnancy.

We believe that financial barriers should not prevent anyone from receiving the care they need. Our fees are based on income, and we ensure that no one is denied services due to an inability to pay. We also accept Medicaid, making our services even more accessible to a broader range of Delawareans.Â
